Ms. Jamie Vavonese
Jamie Vavonese is a long distance runner through and through and her life is comparable to the marathons she loves to run-one mile at a time. Originally from Syracuse, New York, Jamie moved from the EXTREMELY snowy city to sunny North Carolina to attend North Carolina State University where she earned her BA in Political Science with a minor in Spanish and Business Management.
As a long time lover of politics and a childhood goal to become the President of the United States, the mile marker following college was just another step toward the marathon finish line. In 1999, Jamie moved to Washington, DC to work at the White House in various capacities including in the First Lady's Office and the Office of Counsel to the President. During that time she had the opportunity to travel with the First Lady to Vietnam and run a few miles at sunrise on China Beach!
When the Administration came to an end Jamie couldn't wait to go law school. She returned back to North Carolina and earned her JD from Campbell University School of Law. Jamie's favorite parts of law school were the classes and competitions requiring oral advocacy on behalf of clients. Jamie was named a top 20 Oralist in the annual Moot Court Competition and continues to achieve excellent results for her clients while litigating matters in front of a Judge or a Jury.
When Jamie is not in court she continues to run. Her next goal? To run a marathon in all 50 states! The dedication, patience, preparation, consistency and heart required to make it through 26.2 grueling miles on foot are the same characteristics that will help Jamie effectively prepare and manage your case to achieve the best result possible.
